Contract Opportunity for Qualified Mediators

The Alberta Justice Family Mediation program is seeking trained and experienced family mediators for contract opportunities throughout Alberta. We want to hear from mediators who would like to contribute to positive outcomes for families going through separation or divorce in Alberta and who:

• Have completed formal training in the area of interest-based/facilitative family mediation, divorce and separation mediation or similar training.
• Have experience working with families in conflict, are familiar with the dynamics of family conflict and the impact of conflict on children and on child development.
• Have completed training and are familiar with dynamics of family violence and approaches to screening for family violence.
• Are interested in joining a roster of contract family mediators and are available to deliver services on an as needed basis.

Additional family mediators are needed for all locations in Alberta to deliver family mediation services in-person and virtually.
